Jeff Blau, the chief executive officer of Related Companies, is the mystery buyer of the city’s second-priciest townhouse.
Blau, it turns out, bought the $51 million mansion at 113-115 East 70th Street a year ago from former Coach executive director and fashion designer Reed Krakoff, according to the New York Daily News.
The Hudson Yards developer bought the seven-story home under a limited liability company, the newspaper reported.
Blau and his wife are currently renovating and are planning to move into the Upper East Side mansion. They’ve listed their co-op at 1040 Fifth Avenue for $34.5 million with CORE’s Emily Beare.
